300 grams flour, 200 grams maida, 10 slices bread, 3 onions (finely chopped), 1 cup green peas boiled, 2 potatoes boiled, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1 tablespoon amchur powder, 2 tsp rye, salt As per taste, refined oil
Mix flour, maida and salt together and knead softly with light hot water and keep it covered for 15 minutes.
Now soak the bread in water for two minutes for stuffing in the paratha. Then press it with your hands and mash it well.
Put a pan on the gas, heat a tablespoon oil and add mustard seeds. As soon as the mustard starts crackling, add onion and fry it till it becomes pink. Now add bread to it and fry till it becomes golden.
Mash the boiled potatoes and add them to the roasted bread. Then add boiled peas, salt, red chilli and mango powder and fry for 4-5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and cool the mixture. Make a dough from the dough and fill a little mixture and roast it like a parantha. Then serve it with green chutney or pickle.
