Jackfruit Biryani Making Ingredients
250 grams jackfruit (chopped large)
2 cups rice (soaked 1 hour)

1 cup yogurt
100 grams Coriander-Pudina
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
3 onions (finely cut into lengths)
1 carrot (chopped)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon porridge cumin
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon
2 small cardamoms
1 large cardamom
1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons garlic-ginger paste
2-3 green chillies (chopped long)
1 cucumber flower
4-5 round peppers
1 mace
1 cup oil
2 tablespoons Ghee

How to make Jackfruit Biryani:
To make jackfruit biryani, firstly roast royal cumin, black pepper, mace, cucumber flower, bay leaf, cinnamon, large cardamom and small cardamom and grind it with a hot spice.

Put coriander-mint, curd and green chillies in the grinder and grind it finely.

Put jackfruit, yogurt, garam masala, all dried spices, green chillies, coriander-mint paste, garlic-ginger paste, salt, lemon juice, carrots, tomatoes and a little oil in a big pot and mix it well for 5 hours. Keep it in the fridge for

Turn the cooker on the gas. Heat oil in it. Cook the onion until it becomes light brown.

Now remove the adulteration of jackfruit from the fridge and put it in oil, if necessary, add some water and cook the jackfruit.

Take it off the flame and cool it. After this, again add rice to it and mix it well with the spices and add water as per the requirement, and add it to the gas and cook till 1 whistle.

Open the cooker after the pressure comes out and add desi ghee to it. Take your jackfruit biryani ready
