Ingredients for making egg biryani:
Ginger – garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Finely chopped 1 onion
Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Bay leaf 2
Cinnamon 1/2 inch pieces
Baked plain rice 4-5 medium bowl
Red chili powder, garam masala, salt
Egg Biryani Recipe :
To make Anda Biryani, turn on the gas first. Put 3 cups of water in the pan and add a pinch of salt to it and boil the eggs.
-When the egg boils and cools, then peel it. Cut 4 pieces of egg. Mount the pan on the gas. Add some oil and heat it. Put the chopped eggs in the pan and fry it by adding light salt and red chili powder. When the eggs fry well, take them out in a plate.
Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for one hour. After this, drop the water and put the rice in the cooker. Add light salt, cloves, cardamom and bay leaves to it. Add 1 teaspoon of ghee too. Add water to it and cook the rice till the whistle comes.
Put oil in the pan on the gas. Add cumin and mustard seeds to it. When it starts to crack, then add ginger-garlic paste, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves and stir. After this, add finely chopped 1 onion and fry it till it turns brown. Add 2 teaspoons biryani masala, garam masala 1/2 teaspoon, red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon and add light salt. Now add the fried eggs to it. When it is cooked, mix it slowly in all the rice. Take your egg biryani ready.
