If working from home, enjoy ‘Poha Vada’ with tea

material :

1 cup poha, corn starch or maida – 3 tsp, 1 onion finely chopped, 2-3 green chili finely chopped, 2 tsp finely chopped green coriander, 2 tsp mint leaves, salt to taste, oil to fry

Method :

Wash the pohe twice with water and leave it in the water for about three minutes.
Remove from water and leave it for a while so that it becomes a bit more soft.
In a bowl, add onion, green chillies, coriander and mint leaves.
Mash the poha slightly with your hands and pour it into a bowl. Also add salt, cornstarch on top. Add water as required. Now prepare vada from it.
Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry by adding the wad.
