Homemade Paneer Kulcha will freshen up the mood on weekends, learn the recipe

If you want to make something different for breakfast on the weekend, then Paneer Kulcha is the best option. It is very easy to make. Come, know its recipe-

200 grams Paneer, grated
1 small onion
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon small spoon nigella seeds
1 teaspoon butter
For flour
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon small baking powder 1/4 teaspoon eating soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp yogurt
1 cup oil
Salt to taste

First of all, sieve in a bowl mixed with maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Then add sugar, milk, curd and salt to it and make a soft dough by kneading it well.
Put a small spoon of oil on this dough, cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for an hour.
Now cut onion in a bowl and mix it with paneer.
Pour salt and red chili powder in the cheese-onion mixture and mix well.
Now apply a little oil on your palms and make dough balls.
Now spread each dough slightly and keep a portion of the cheese stuffing in it and cover the dough well from all the sides.
Now put a little oil on these balls of cheese stuffing and keep them aside for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle fennel on the prepared dough. Now apply water in the palm and make a dough ball with the help of a hand.
Heat a non stick tava and place the prepared kulcha on the griddle from the wet side of the water. – When the Kulcha starts turning golden, turn it over and cover it. Cook it from the other side also till it becomes golden.
– Prepare Kulcha in the same way from the rest of the balls.
Paneer Kulcha is ready. Serve hot with green chutney and curd.
