Operators of a group of New York City tourist attractions closed the notice this week until after several suicides on the site took place.
The New York Times reported that the Vessel at Hudson Yard, west of Manhattan, is the scene of three deaths since it opened last year.
NBC New York closed it to operators of a 150-foot set of spiraling ladders in consultation with suicide prevention experts on Wednesday.
As of Wednesday night, the structure is listed on its website as “currently closed”.
If you or someone you know is at risk of suicide, please call the US National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-8255, text TALK 741741 or visit SpeakingOfSuicide.com/resources for additional resources.
