Massage of sesame oil:
Vata increases in our body during the winter season. The body becomes dry. In this case, oil massage is very important, it nourishes the skin. But in winter one should massage with sesame oil only. And if your body has increased vata, oil massage is very important. In Vata disease, massage should be done with sesame oil because it keeps the Vata even. Sesame oil has been written in Ayurveda that it makes fat people thin and fat people fat. In winter, massage three times a week with sesame oil.
In the winter season, people shy away from bathing. But it is necessary to bathe daily in winter season because our body gets molded according to external environment by bathing. Not bathing daily makes the body heavy, and laziness comes. So bathe daily in winter, your body will remain agile.
