Kangana Ranaut’s property demolition case: Bombay High Court gave its verdict!

Nearly two months after the demolition case, the bench would pronounce its ruling on 26 November. Earlier, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut, who was in the capital for the monsoon parliament session, was asked to file his reply in the form of an affidavit. Before the final verdict. For those of you who do not know, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has also filed an affidavit in the High Court opposing Ranaut’s plea against the demolition and seeking damages of Rs 2 crore. He had said, “The petitioner has illegally made substantial changes and additions to the property, contrary to the accepted building plan … Even in the present writ petition, the petitioner has not disputed the said illegal changes and additions.”

Also, Kangana and her sister Rangoli Chandel moved the Bombay High Court challenging the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate’s order.
