According to police, two people died and two others were injured in a shooting at the Sonic Drive-In, Bellevue, Nebraska, on Saturday.
Police said in a press release, officers made the call just before 9:30 pm Saturday, before a possible bomb inside a truck at the restaurant. Later, the call was updated to reflect that a shooting had occurred.

Two victims were declared dead at the scene. Two others were taken to the University of Nebraska Medical Center for treatment. Their conditions are unknown.
According to a City of Bellevue Police Department, Roberto Carlos Silva Jr., 23, was arrested in the Serpi County Jail for first-degree murder and one count of arson. Press release.
Police said in a press release that Silva was recently arrested after stealing someone’s identity and using him to buy food from the same Sonic where the shooting took place.
According to the release, on Wednesday, Solve was charged with identity theft after ordering food from the Sonic app. Police were called, and as Silva attempted to leave the area, officers made a traffic stop.
At the time, Silva was arrested on suspicion of identity theft and taken to the Saraffi County Jail. Three firearms were discovered in time and logged as evidence. It was not clear if those firearms were returned to Silva or if those firearms were used in the shooting on Saturday.
It was not immediately clear if Silva had a lawyer and NBC News was unable to contact them for comment.

The four victims have not yet been identified, the family’s notification, the press release said.
Police said there was no additional information to issue at this time. Sonic Drive-In said it would not comment further.
